Burnside Lodge sleeps up to 8 adults in 4 bedrooms. 3 of the bedrooms can be set up as either twin bed rooms or with super-kingsize beds.
The bedrooms are arranged at either end of this long house and the first floor bedrooms are accessed by two separate stairways. Also on the first floor is a gallery room with a games table and a glass balcony overlooking the living area.
On the ground floor there is a bathroom with shower at one end of the house, and a shower room with a walk-in shower at the other end. The entrance hallway at the rear is accessed from the parking area, and there is a wheelchair ramp.
The dining and kitchen areas, and the main living area are in the centre of the house and the main living area has a full height galleried ceiling, and a wood-burning stove.
The dining table seats 8 people with ease and is extendable. The living area has two 3-seater leather sofas and one 2-seater. There is a TV with integrated DVD player, CD player and WiFi internet access.

Washing machine and tumble drier are located in an alcove in one of the hallways.
The front of the living area is fully glazed, with doors out to the wooden deck and grounds leading down to the loch. Views are roughly north-east, looking up the length of Loch Long to the hills which bound its northern shores.
